Fundraiser Scheduled for October 8, 2006
The Campaign to Elect Arturo Corso will hold an informal "Meet the Candidate" fundraiser event on Sunday, October 8, 2006, at the Northeast Georgia History Center on Brenau Avenue in Gainesville at 3:00 p.m.  "Everyone is invited to attend," explained Arturo Corso.  "We will have plenty of refreshments, and I am really looking forward to listening to voters and sharing my community-led vision for a stronger Georgia.

On Sunday, October 8, 2006, the campaigns of Lydia Sartain (for Georgia House of Representatives) and Arturo Corso (for George State Senate) will co-host a community "Family Fun Festival" in the parking lot of La Flor de Jalisco.  Click here for more details. 

Corso Seals Party Nomination Without Opposition
Without zero opposition, Arturo Corso won the recent Democratic Primary election in the race for Georgia Senate District 49.  Arturo now heads to the November 7th general election were he will face-off with the Republican candidate.  We are looking forward to supporting Arturo in public debates and in our door-to-door voter mobilization efforts.  Read the Gainesville Times article for more details.
